Shipping policy

Items will be shipped in accordance with our given shipping times.

Please inform us within 2 working days of receipt should any damage have occured to the item in transit. 

We will replace or ask for return of any item damaged at our cost, should you just wish to change the item or gain a refund under our terms and conditions as stated however the cost for returns lies with the purchaser not Tatty and Tate. The cost of returns other than for damage is at cost to you.
